1515 Olive

This was a fun and very cool project for us- a ground-up new home on a very, very skinny lot. We created an industrial-themed home that was universally liked and loved by all our visitors. This is by far one of the classiest and most interesting homes in Fountain Square.

1234 Hoyt

This is the finished product of a "down to the studs" rehab of an 1890 home in historic Fountain Square, Indianapolis. This floor plan was so popular that we decided to build a wider version of this home as part of our Columbia Ave. project.

This is a custom home we are designing for clients who will have an amazing view of the Indy skyline. When built, this will be a visibly striking home, particularly at night.

We love home design.

We are a family-owned company that lives, breaths and dreams about real estate and home design. And we've been involved in the business for some time now. Collectively, we have over 75 years of professional experience in real estate. We have new homes for sale- both in planning, under construction or available for pre-construction sale.

But it's YOUR home, not ours.

While we love designing homes, we always keep in mind that it's going to be your home.

What's that mean?

It means that floor plans must make sense. A home must be livable- the perfect balance of comfort, practicality and excitement. The details matter, and simple things matter a great deal. We include linen closets. We check door swings. We use engineered floor trusses to add strength to floor systems, but also to create clean site lines free of bulkheads. Etc., etc., etc.

We design and build homes as if we were going to live there.

Our background is in the study of historic homes, especially colonial homes and buildings. Those roots have influenced our decision to stay true to design themes. Many modern home builders slap together contrasting and confusing building materials in an effort to create "interest" in a home. We think that is a sloppy approach that often leads to home maintenance issues and homes that can't pass the test of time. Our approach is to stay true to time-tested construction methodologies, while making homes new, fresh, bold and exciting.
